Brooks Beef raises cattle that are only fed natural range grasses and pesticide-free alfalfa throughout their lifespan. They do not prematurely fatten or mature their cattle, and believe that slow food is good food. There cattle have an excellent, diverse diet that lends to complex black angus flavor.
