Current lead time for 1/4 beef is 4-6 weeks. When your beef is ready you'll be contacted for final payment.
Final payment with check, Venmo, or cash. Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.
1/4 Beef Cuts List:
120 lbs total, all clear cryovac packages
1 lbs burger packages
4 Ribeye steaks 1.5” 2 per package
4 NY steaks - 1.5” & 2/Package
Full Tenderloin steak 1.5”
4 Sirloin & Round steaks thickness - 1” & 2/Package
2-3 variety of roasts: Trip-Tip, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast - 4-5 lbs as appropriate
1-3 each other steaks: Flank, Hanger steak, Skirt steak, Flat Iron steaks
4-6 Flank steak trimmings packaged as Fajita mix 1 lbs packages
Top and Bottom Round, Rump (and any other roast) to be made into Cube steak and/or Stew Meat as appropriate. 4-6 2lbs/Packages
1-3 Spare Ribs 4 lbs packages
1 Brisket quartered (usually around 5lbs per package)
2-4 Soup Bones Cut into 4” Lengths
