Roughly 220 lbs of grass fed and finished beef priced $9.50/lbs which includes all butcher fees.

When your beef is done you'll be contacted with the total poundage and final amount due, roughly $2,000 + $40 delivery fee.
Current lead time for 1/2 beef is 4-6 weeks. When your beef is ready you'll be contacted for final payment.
Final payment with check, Venmo, or cash. Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.
1/2 Beef Cuts List:
200-240 lbs total, $9.50/lbs all clear cryovac packages
1lbs burger packages
8-12 Rib steaks 1.5” 2 per package
8-12 NY steaks - 1.5” & 2/Package
Full Tenderloin Steak 1.5”
8-12 each Sirloin & Round Steak Thickness - 1” & 2/Package
1-3 each Roasts: Trip-Tip, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Roast - 4-5 lbs as appropriate
1-3 each Other steaks: Flank, hanger steak, skirt steak, Flat Iron Steaks
5-10 Fajita mix (flank trimmings) 1 lbs packages
Top and Bottom Round, Rump (and any other roast) to be made into Cube Steak and/or Stew Meat as appropriate. 5-10 2lbs/Packages
2-4 Spare Ribs 4 lbs packages
2 Brisket quartered (usually around 5lbs per package)
