A CSA is like a farm-to-table subscription box, where you invest a small amount into our farm, sharing in the risks and rewards of our season, instead of relying on some big commercial supply chain with out-of-season produce. In return you'll receive fresh and local vegetables, fruits and herbs harvested that week. Early-summer shares will contain more greens, brassicas and roots, while late-summer shares will contain more tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and melons.
